Yona Yona ("every night" in Japanese) Ale is a medium bodied American Pale Ale brewed with a generous amount of premium Cascade hops. Its uniqueness has been attracting popularity among Japan’s beer fans, making it the most renowned craft beer in Japan.* Not only its full citrus flavor but also the balance of bitterness and sweetness will invite you to sip and indulge every night.*YOHO Brewing’s own investigation
Suiyoubi no Neko ("Wednesday Cat") is made for happy hump days. Spiced with orange peels and coriander seeds, this Belgian White Ale has a light citrus note and a smooth finish that comes from wheat. This "meowsome" beer will help you get through the rest of the week!
Aooni ("Blue Demon") is a byword for Japanese IPA. Its strong bitterness may raise your eyebrows first, but it'll soon put a smile on your face! Once you taste Aooni, there is no escape.
The concept is “live crazy about what you love.” We modernized and reconstructed this traditional beer style without being bound by existing concepts and production methods. It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of Chardonnay wine, mixed with fresh fruit and light wood aroma. It is dry and light on the palate yet has a good body and a slightly higher alcohol content of 6.0%, making it a very drinkable beer.
All I want is a good time! This 0.7% IPA has a fresh aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, created by the aroma hops and yeast, as soon as the pull tab is opened. The freshness and juicy flavor that fills the palate gives you the typical IPA drinking experience, even though it is less than 1% ABV.
"I'm Sorry! I Didn't Ask You What You Like." SORRY UMAMI IPA is a beer that our brewers wanted to drink and not you, sorry! The "umami" is extracted from Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and while it facilitates beer fermentation, it also adds beer refreshing and fruity tropical flavors. Just in case you’re wondering, this beer doesn't taste like fish!
"I'm Sorry! I Didn't Ask You What You Like." Yuzu, the beloved citrus fruit of Japan, - Its juiciness is brought out front and center on the palate by the savory “Ara-Jio” or traditional Japanese sea salt!
“I‘m Sorry! I Didn’t Ask You What You Like.” “Sakura Mochi” is a 300-year-old traditional Japanese dessert. With the soft mouthfeel of mochi and spices hinting the Sakura leaf, this Japanese pastry stout pays homage to the delicate dessert we all love.
